Marc J. Adee was appointed President of Fairmont Specialty in 2003. Most recently, Mr. Adee was Chief Actuary and interim Chief Financial Officer for TIG Specialty Insurance. Between 1997 and 2000, he served as Burlington Insurance Group’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary. Prior to that, Mr. Adee was Chief Reserving Actuary and P & C Division Chief Pricing Actuary with Coregis. Earlier in his career, he held consulting positions with Arthur Anderson and Wyatt Company. Mr. Adee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University and a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. He is also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
